Need to add a user to your unit’s Poppulo Harmony system? Email us at digitalsignage@psu.edu with the following information to gain access:
- User name (John Smith)
- User Penn State email (abc123@psu.edu)
- What do they need access to?
- Library Module
- Where the content lives.
- What level (top-level for unit, sub-folder for department, if applicable)
- Devices Module
- This is primarily for unit IT staff to manage the content player computers.
- What level (top-level for unit, sub-folder for department, if applicable)
- Content Experience Builder
- This is primarily used only for unit administrators who will be editing actual templates.
- Library Module
One of the service managers will reach out to confirm the above information and add the user to the system. Keep in mind that it may take an hour or so for all systems to update and for a new user to have full access.
