The Content Feed contenty type is the easiest way to add images and videos to your signs. You will want to use this content type if you plan to connect to a Cloud Playlist or connect to a Cloud Table that contains only image or video media.
Create Content Feed
- Within Content Experience Builder, click on the Content tab on the left.
- Navigate to the folder where you want the content to be stored.
- Right-click and select “New Content in this Category” → Content Feed.
- Note: It is very important that you select to create the content in the category. This will place it within the folders you have access to. If you create it outside of these folders, you will lose access to that file after saving.

- In the properties window:
- Name: name this content item
- URL: click on the folder icon.
- In the popup, select “Cloud Library” from the options on the left.
- Navigate to the folder in cloud where the Playlist/Table are located.

- Filter and Sort (optional)

- Update Interval: this is the frequency in which this file will look for new content. It is set to 15 minutes (00:15:00) by default.
- Once you have the content linked to the appropriate file, Click OK to save.
Add Content Feed to sign
Simply drag and drop it into the region you want it to display.
- The content from the Playlist/Table will automatically fit the space of that region. It may condense in some way, but will retain its original aspect ratio.
